At BURGHSCAPE (PTY) LTD, we are committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase, we will take steps to make it right. This Returns and Warranty Policy is guided by the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) of South Africa, ensuring our customers receive goods of the highest quality and enjoy rights to return, exchange, or repair products where applicable.

  1. Returns

2.1 Right to Return (Cooling-off Period): You have the right to return any purchase made from BURGHSCAPE (PTY) LTD without providing any reason, within 7 days of receiving the item(s). This does not apply to items that have been customized or made to your specifications unless they are defective.

2.2 Defective Products: If you receive a product that is defective or not fit for the intended purpose, you may return it within 6 months of purchase. You have the option of a repair, exchange, or refund for the item, in accordance with the CPA.

2.3 Conditions for Returns: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

2.4 Processing Returns: Please contact our customer service team to initiate a return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item(s). BURGHSCAPE (PTY) LTD will cover the return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items only.

  1. Warranty

3.1 Warranty Period: Products sold at BURGHSCAPE (PTY) LTD come with a manufacturer’s warranty of 6 months, unless stated otherwise. This warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear.

3.2 Warranty Claims: To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team with details of the defect. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

3.3 Remedies for Warranty Claims: If a product is found to be defective within the warranty period, BURGHSCAPE (PTY) LTD will repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion, in compliance with the CPA.

  1. Exclusions

This policy does not cover products damaged due to misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modifications. Items sold as "Final Sale" or "As Is" are not eligible for return or exchange, except as required by law.
